Each session will provide simple, yet powerful ways to effect positive change in the mind & body and include mindfulness practises such as breathwork & meditation.

Sessions are just 20 minutes. We’ve done the research and found that people prefer short wellbeing sessions to anything longer during the working day and so we’ve created these sessions to encourage people to take a time out and engage in an activity that will nourish their mind and body.

YOUR HOST ALEX

Having spent 12 years in Sales & Marketing I know first hand the pressure of that high intensity, high pressure lifestyle. I truly understand the physical and mental strains of this lifestyle, from the impact of sitting at a desk all day and the effect of that on posture, to the mental state of being ‘on’ at all times.

Sometimes it seems that we don’t even have 1 minute to spare and I never used to take a time out, however after studying and learning these natural techniques of breathwork, mindfulness, and movement I now know how effective it can be to dedicate just a few minutes of your day to a powerful yet simple practise of wellbeing and how this can change how you think, feel and live.

HOW IT WORKS

Session’s are hosted every week live on Zoom and are 20 minutes per session.

You choose the time that works for your team.

You will receive all of the details including all promotional material for employees and the exclusive link to join the sessions.

You will also receive full access to the complete video resource library for all employees.
