With the emergence of hybrid working and increased feelings of isolation and disconnection Club Zen offers a space where your people can come together to benefit from something really positive.

I host these sessions in a way that encourages connection, so that people feel part of something, and know that every week they will have the opportunity to see friendly faces, and share in something uplifting.

  • Club Zen provides live weekly wellbeing sessions at a time and day that suits your team.
  • These sessions are steeped in scientific research to provide the most benefits in the shortest time.
  • Sessions are just 20 minutes.
  • Encouraging people to take this time out and nourish their minds and bodies.

We’ve done the research and found that people prefer short wellbeing sessions to anything longer during the working day.

Each session will provide simple, yet powerful ways to effect positive change in the mind & body and include a range of techniques including breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, movement and mindset.

In a time when people may feel low and lonely, Club Zen live sessions create connection, lift people up, and give them practises to enhance their wellbeing in so many ways.

YOUR HOST ALEX

Having spent 12 years in Sales & Marketing I know first hand the pressure of that high intensity, high pressure lifestyle. I truly understand the physical and mental strains of this lifestyle, from the impact of sitting at a desk all day and the effect of that on posture, to the mental state of being ‘on’ at all times.

Sometimes it seems that we don’t even have 1 minute to spare and I never used to take a time out, however after studying and learning these natural techniques I now know how effective it can be to dedicate just a few minutes of your day to a powerful yet simple practise of wellbeing and how this can change how you think, feel and live.

I hold qualifications in Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Energy Healing and Personal Training.

I am also a qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach working for the NHS.

HOW IT WORKS

Session’s are hosted every week live on Zoom and are 20 minutes per session.

You choose the time that works for your team.

You will receive all of the details including all promotional material for employees and the exclusive link to join the sessions.

You will also receive full access to the complete video resource library for all employees.
