LIVE POWERFUL WELLBEING SESSIONS

With the emergence of hybrid working and increased feelings of isolation and disconnection Club Zen brings people together for something positive, uplifting and performance enhancing.

Each session will give people the tools and techniques to relieve stress & anxiety, and increase focus and concentration.

I host these sessions in a way that encourages connection, so that people feel part of something, and know that every week they will have the opportunity to see friendly faces, and share in something uplifting.

Providing simple, yet powerful ways to effect positive change in the mind & body, I cover a range of techniques including:

breathwork, mindfulness, mindset & gentle movement
 

  • Live sessions at a time and day that suits your team and can be weekly/bi-weekly or monthly.

  • Sessions are just 15-30 minutes to encourage engagement.

We’ve done the research and found that people prefer short wellbeing sessions to anything longer during the working day.

Steeped in scientific research each session provides the most benefits in the shortest time.

These sessions can be in-person, online or both. Hosted weekly/bi-weekly or monthly – bespoke to suit your needs.

To enhance circulation, calm the nervous system and relieve stress and anxiety

MINDFULNESS PRACTISES

To create peace and calm in the mind and body to leave you feeling restored and refreshed

Using simple and effective practices to create a more positive, and empowered state of mind. 

GENTLE MOVEMENT

To release tension in the body and enhance posture and physical wellbeing

YOUR HOST ALEX

Having spent 12 years in Sales & Marketing I know first hand the pressure of that high intensity, high pressure lifestyle.

I truly understand the physical and mental strains of this lifestyle, from the impact of sitting at a desk all day and the effect of that on posture, to the mental state of being ‘on’ at all times.

Sometimes it seems that we don’t even have 1 minute to spare and I never used to take a time out, however after studying and learning these natural techniques I now know how effective it can be to dedicate just a few minutes of your day to a powerful yet simple practise of wellbeing, and how this can change how you think, feel and live.

I hold qualifications in Health & Wellbeing Coaching, Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Energy Healing and Advanced Breathwork.

I also work as a Health & Wellbeing Coach for the NHS. 

HOW IT WORKS

Online session’s are hosted live on Zoom and are 15-30 minutes per session.

You choose the time that works for your team.

You will receive all of the details including all promotional material for employees and the exclusive link to join the sessions.
